Temporary tie-ins ensure water-tight protection each night, and clients are invited to walk the site with an Owner to review progress and quality.
Quality Roofing that will last Decades
Our Process
Initially, we arrange a meeting with the client to assess the current condition of the roof, their budget, and specific objectives. During this meeting, we’ll also review factors such as the roof’s age, its maintenance history, any past leaks, and a timeline for the project.
Subsequently, we conduct a thorough survey of the roof to identify its composition, the number of roof layers on the building (as per code, a maximum of two are allowed), any areas of saturation, and other pertinent design considerations. This comprehensive examination enables us to prepare an accurate cost estimate that aligns with the client’s requirements.
Upon completion of the meeting and roof survey, we delve into the possible options with the client. This discussion encompasses a review of the available roofing systems and our professional advice on ‘good,’ ‘better,’ and ‘best’ alternatives. If repairs are feasible, we’ll define the scope of the repairs at this stage. We can also provide cost estimates for various alternatives to cater to the client’s budget.

Finalizing the Plan
Once the client selects the option that offers the best value for their needs, we move forward with a pre-construction meeting. During this meeting, St. Louis Roofing reviews the full scope of the project with the client, tenants, and any other involved parties. We cover key logistical details like dumpster placement, material storage, and site access. We also take time to discuss any unique circumstances or concerns to ensure they are fully addressed during the production phase.
