Kathy Goldkamp – President and Owner
Before stepping into her role as President and majority owner of St. Louis Roofing Co. in 2020, Kathy worked as a Senior Territory Business Manager for a major pharmaceutical company where she managed sales and business strategy across a vast territory.
Here, she ensures everything from corporate planning to payroll runs smoothly and often visits job sites and attends pre-construction meetings. Under Kathy’s leadership, St. Louis Roofing Co. is operating with almost no debt and championing its certification as a WBE through WBENC.
A proud University of Dayton finance grad, Kathy’s passions extend beyond work. She enjoys cooking and is a golf and pickleball enthusiast. She loves catching up with her college-aged kids in Chicago and spending time with her husband, teenage son, and three dogs at home!

Jason Vuylsteke – Vice President and Partner
Jason joined our team in 2017, initially as a project manager, and with his unparalleled skills, quickly climbed the ranks to become an equity partner in 2018. Starting as a shingle installer for the family roofing business, Jason stepped into sales, estimating, and project management for residential and commercial projects. Following his time with the family business, he worked as a Roof Consultant for U.S. Department of Energy projects across the United States.
Jason manages many important accounts for St. Louis Roofing Co. including key infrastructure locations such as Ameren’s power plants. Jason is known for planning and producing complex and demanding roofing projects safely, within budget and with a high level of quality. Jason is an expert at writing scopes of work, estimating, budgeting, critical path management, and solving problems.
Jason cherishes family moments in Hillsboro with his wife and three adult children—one of whom is a Foreman here with us. In his free time, Jason loves spending time with his grandkids, strategizing his real estate moves, and being at the lake.

Jason Biehl – Vice President and Partner
Jason Biehl joined St. Louis Roofing Co. in 2018 as a project manager and swiftly progressed to an equity partner in 2019. He previously worked with former owner, Chris Jones, as General Manager of a well-known home services business for 15 years.
Jason provides a high level of operational management to ensure resources are properly allocated to projects. He investigates complex leaks, estimates, bids, and manages projects effectively. He also manages construction billing, retentions, insurance and internal project management processes so that St. Louis Roofing Co. delivers professionally, on-time and on-budget. Jason often reminds us that we are in the business of “Customer Service” and we also do Roofing!
Jason resides in South City with his wife and daughter and enjoys being with his family, music, fishing, and traveling with friends.

Tom Foley – Director of Business Development
Tom brings a wealth of business experience to St. Louis Roofing Co.. He spent a career with Anheuser-Busch, landing in St. Louis in 1996. He held several management positions with A-B in the National Retail Sales Department including General Manager and Sales Director. He has also held management positions with start-up companies in the beverage industry and has an active MO real estate license.
Tom currently heads up the Sales and Marketing efforts in interacting with industry associations, current customers, property managers, property insurance agents, and real estate agents. He is responsible for the development and execution of the marketing plan and delivering the plan on budget.
Tom holds a Business degree from William Paterson University in New Jersey. He enjoys playing golf and his guitars, listening to music, watching sports, cooking, and reading. He and his wife, Mary Ann, live in South County and enjoy visiting their children and grandchildren in New Jersey and New Hampshire.

Nick Brazil – Project Manager
Nick Brazil joined St. Louis Roofing Co. in 2023 as a Project Manager, after a three-year stint in sales with roofing manufacturer, Tremco. A proud alum of Southeast Missouri State University, Nick holds a degree in Business and Corporate Communications. He can be found on the roof inspecting an active project or performing a bid take-off, and he spends much of his time estimating and networking with potential customers.
Nick lives in O’Fallon, MO and enjoys boating on the river, upgrading his truck, and spending time with his family and friends.

Chris Jones – Former Owner
Chris purchased St. Louis Roofing Co. in 2016 from Dave Haase. Chris was impressed with the business’s reputation, clean operation, and potential. Since then, St. Louis Roofing Co. has grown by a factor of five. He initiated the Safety-Quality-Watertight-Cleanliness-Budget program from which all projects are measured. This program ensures every member of the team is part of the pre-construction plan and executes the work according to the plan. Chris sold his majority stake to Kathy in 2020. He now consults with the team on estimating, job costing, risk analysis, safety planning, and customer service.
Chris lives in Des Peres with his wife, Kathy, their teenage son, and three dogs. He enjoys spending time in Chicago with their two college-aged kids, playing golf, cooking and playing guitar.
