Before stepping into her role as President and majority owner of St. Louis Roofing Co. in 2020, Kathy worked as a Senior Territory Business Manager for a major pharmaceutical company where she managed sales and business strategy across a vast territory.
Jason joined our team as a project manager in 2017 and quickly advanced to become an equity partner in 2018. Starting as a shingle installer for the family roofing business, Jason stepped into sales, estimating, and project management for residential and commercial projects.
Jason Biehl joined St. Louis Roofing Co. in 2018 as a project manager and swiftly progressed to an equity partner in 2019. He previously worked with former owner, Chris Jones, as General Manager of a well-known home services business for 15 years.
Tom brings decades of practical business experience to St. Louis Roofing Company. He held several executive positions with Anheuser-Busch as well as management positions with start-up companies in the beverage industry before joining St. Louis Roofing in 2022.
Nick Brazil joined St. Louis Roofing Co. in 2023 as a Project Manager after a career in sales with roofing manufacturer Tremco.
A self-starter and detail-oriented person, Chris Jones takes a hands-on approach to business. He was raised by a small business owner and a grade school principal, making him value both education and accountability. Chris has flipped the narrative of business practice, prioritizing a great customer experience and quality over rapid growth.
Curtis Ortmeyer joined St. Louis Roofing Co. in 2025 as a Project Manager, bringing over 20 years of leadership experience as a General Manager of a well-known home service business. He oversees commercial roofing projects from inspection to completion and works closely with clients and crews to ensure every job runs smoothly. Curtis is also active in business development and is known for his ability to connect with new clients, taking the time to listen, understand their goals, and deliver tailored solutions. His professionalism, experience, and approachable nature make him a valued part of the St. Louis Roofing Co. team—and a great resource for any commercial roofing project. Curtis resides in Lake St. Louis with his wife and three children. He spends hisf free time coaching his son’s baseball team, cheering on his daughters at the soccer field, and making memories with his family and three dogs at the lake during the summer.
